As of 1 January 2012, the Biosystems Division, the Biomass Gasification group, Bioprocessing Program and the Ecosystems Program (ECO) of Risø DTU were integrated into DTU Chemical Engineering.
After the integration, DTU Chemical Engineering comprises seven research centers and a Service Centre located at two campuses, Lyngby and Risø:
