The Department aims to educate tomorrow’s creative, responsible, influential and globally cognizant environmental engineers corresponding to the societal needs.
DTU Environment’s proud and innovative teaching traditions are celebrated in a great annual event where the students announce and award the best course of the year.
The event is considered as a driving force for all the lecturers, teachers and technicians involved in the course.
The Department encourages all the lecturers, teachers and technicians involved in the course to adjust the course and teaching in order to promote a dynamic development and ongoing improvements.

Nominate for 2011-2012
As student you should start to consider which course you want to nominate for the period 2011-2012.
You should assess the course and the teaching from the total impression of the course. We suggest that you assess the:

Students are only allowed to nominate one course

You can only nominate a course offered by DTU Environment

Only 3-weeks and 13-weeks courses can candidate for the nomination
Your Personal Assessment
Please send an e-mail with your nomination to: on the 30 June 2012 at the latest.
Your nomination must include your name, your student ID, title and the number of the nominated course. Please remember to argue for all the qualities that make the chosen course worth your personal nomination.
Evaluation of the Assessments
The student representatives in DTU Environment’s Study Board will examine all the assessments including the students’ arguments for each nomination. These students will award: “the Best Course of the Year” the 28th of September 2012 at 12-1:30 p.m. in building 113 011.
It is a public and great annual event and we will appreciate your participation. |
