DTU Multi-Assay Core (DMAC)

The DTU Multi-Assay Core  is a state-of-the-art facility for performing and analyzing high-throughput biological assays.

The facility is providing advice and research service with a range of high-throughput assays. Our aim is to provide researchers with the best in technology and data analysis, while abstracting as much of the details as wanted

Modern high-throughput assays have become cheaper, and offer an unprecedented amount of information to elucidate biological questions. Our services are also available for non-DTU research, and a cost can be determined upon request.

The core facility can generate and analyse data coming from the following assays:

In addition, the core facility has equipment that can used for tasks such as DNA and RNA extraction, DNA shearing, control of sample quality. Usage of that equipment might be subject to conditions and it is required to approach us beforehand.

We also have experience in handling data from other assays, such as Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and various cellular assays.
