The innovative leaders of the future

Every year, 25 Danish business leaders take an MTT: Master in Management and Technology. The duration of the study program is 21 months, and the program deals with the role of the leader in the exploitation of technology in order to achieve financial and organisational goals. For example, the concept innovation is explored from various angles, including new ways of utilising existing technology and the introduction of new technology to the market.

The program is based on specific problems, known from the companies where the participants are employed. Personal leadership development is also a part of the process and is especially popular among the participants.

The former production manager at the steel-producing company Ib Andresen Industri, Per Rasmussen, has completed the MTT program . “ It was a good investment in all possible ways. We gained a more mature and well considered person when it comes to making decisions relevant to the company. He also had a profound understanding of our prospects for development,” says Ib Rasmussen, divisional director.
