inSPIRe – a platform for research-based innovation and problem-solving in the food industry – hereby invites you to attend the conference: ‘Competitiveness for the Danish food sector through research-based innovation’ on 22 May 2012. inSPIRe is a collaboration between universities, GTS institutes and the food industry which is managed by the National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark.
In five years’ time, what will it take to sell 30,000 processing plants to China? To increase resource utilisation and cut waste by 30%? To design foods which reduce the risk of contracting diabetes? The solutions are not straightforward, but at the inSPIRe conference the strongest players within the food sector will pool and share their know-how and results with the aim of strengthening the Danish food sector globally.
inSPIRe is designed to create results for industry. The conference will show how it happens. If innovation is to generate business, it requires direction and commitment. At the inSPIRe conference, entrepreneurs will shed light on the food industry and why we need to think strategically when talking innovation. Hear how universities, GTS institutes – authorised technological service institutes – and companies create results and knowledge by following inSPIRe’s innovation model.
